PerfecPress Soft Soft Stretch Foil is a metallic, 1-step stretchable product that is great for leggings, headbands, active wear, and many other garments!  
 
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: 
Pre-heat for 2 - 3 seconds 
Press time: 12 - 15 seconds 
Temperature: 300 - 315 F / 145 - 158 C Pressure: Medium 

Peel: Warm, 5-15 seconds before peel. Give the adhesive time to adhere. 
A second press will matte the material, and help washability. NOTE: If you cover the material with a teflon sheet in the 2nd press, it will semi-gloss the material
